Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing ClassTotal as your e-partner. We provide a 15-day free demo before purchase to ensure you have an opportunity to evaluate our service. If you decide to purchase a subscription before or after the end of the free demo, we do not provide any refunds. Please carefully evaluate the service during the free demo to ensure it meets all your needs before purchasing a subscription.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so by writing us an email at support@classtotal.com. Once we receive your request, we will process your cancellation and delete your account. Please note that once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.


We do not offer refunds for any subscription fees paid to ClassTotal, including in the case of early termination of the subscription.

We do not offer refunds if you violate our terms of service or engage in fraudulent activities.
