NFC Tap Attendance & I-Cards
Assign an NFC card to each student from their admission page, then mark a whole class present card-by-card — every tap chimes, announces the name and flips the student to Present in a live ticker. The same card opens the student instantly at the fees desk, the library counter and in global search. Works with NFC-enabled Android phones and USB desktop readers — on every plan.
Attendance Analysis

Syllabus Tracking
Build syllabi with coded topics & sub-topics, link them to batch subjects, and tick what was taught while taking attendance. Coverage %, completed topics and ahead/behind pacing appear live on the dashboard and in the Syllabus Record report.
Study Materials
Attach photos, PDFs, videos, audio or documents to the exact syllabus topic you ticked while taking attendance — the plan storage line shows free space live. Students get everything in the portal under Study Materials, grouped by subject and topic with an in-page preview window — and a per-file View-only switch when a file should be seen but not downloaded.
Excel & CSV Import
Moving from registers or another software? Download a ready template, fill it, and import students, staff, inquiries or library books in one go. A preview flags duplicates and errors before anything is saved, and unknown schools, subjects or categories are created for you.
Homework & Assignments
Give homework or graded assignments to the whole batch or a subject while taking attendance, with a photo of the board or worksheet attached from your phone camera. Students get notified instantly plus a due-tomorrow reminder, and on the due date you mark Done / Not Done / Partial / Late / Excused with marks — completion rates, defaulter lists and a dedicated report included.

Book Catalog
Register titles with author, ISBN, category, publisher, shelf location and cover image. Every physical copy gets a unique accession number with its own condition and status, so you always know which copy is with whom.

Batch Documents

Passkeys (Fingerprint, Face or PIN)
Sign in with Windows Hello, Touch ID, Face ID, Android screen lock or a hardware security key. Nothing is typed and nothing can be phished, because a passkey only answers the real classtotal.com. Use it as the second step after your password, or sign in with the passkey alone.
Authenticator App & Recovery Codes
Scan one QR code with Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy or 1Password and type the six-digit code that refreshes every 30 seconds — no mobile network or email needed. Ten single-use recovery codes, shown once, get you in if the phone is lost.
Approve Sign-in from Your Phone
A new device shows a QR code and a two-digit number. Scan it — or tap the push notification — on the phone where you are already signed in, check the device and IP, type the number and tap Approve. Deny stops the sign-in and alerts you. Three wrong numbers deny it automatically.
Sign-in Alerts & One-click Lock-down
Every sign-in from a browser we have never seen, and every security change — two-step, authenticator, passkey, password, email or phone — triggers an email, push and bell alert. A single-use "This wasn't me — secure my account" link signs out every device, wipes every trusted browser, disables the password and emails a reset link.
Smart Re-checks, Lockout & Identity Confirmation
Trusted browsers skip the second step until a sign-in looks unusual — a new network, a burst of wrong passwords or a trust older than six months — and the screen says why. Ten wrong passwords lock sign-in for 15 minutes, and sensitive actions ask for your password, app code or passkey again before they run.
Active Sessions, IP Restriction & Team Security Policy
See every browser signed in to your account and sign out any of them. Admins set one policy under Settings → Users — require two-step for admins or staff, allow only chosen methods, cap how long devices stay trusted — restrict users to office IP addresses, and review a per-user security activity log.
